Project Scope
The scope of the project includes

Replacement of the existing playground

Replacement of the existing shade shelter

Reconfiguration of the front entrance at Ferrand Drive and Rochefort Drive to replace existing unit paver surfacing

Installation of new splash

New water connection from Ferrand Drive for splash pad

Associated walkway implementation and site furnishings
Project Timeline
The anticipated completion of the project will be in Fall 2026 with public access in December 2026.
Partial closure of the facility during construction
The southeast area of the park will remain closed during construction period. This includes the playground, shade shelter, sod area north-east of the shade shelter, front entrance at Ferrand Drive and Rochefort Drive, and associated walkways.
